Dou is a collection of audieres sculpted anatomically, establishing a connection between the body and the designed object to create the feeling of being held and embraced. This initial collection consists of nine unique fashion sculptures. Each piece molds to the body. Interaction with the audieres provides nurturing self-embrace and comfort.
The metallic and crystal surface of the audieres invite moments of self reflection. Each piece of the collection mirrors a sculptural contemplation of ourselves.
As individuals, we need to learn to face ourselves, be alone with ourselves, and embrace ourselves. Dou is hand made to order and proudly sponsored by Swarovski.

Each style is molded to a different part of the body: the palm, the arm, the thigh, the hip, and the waist.
Bio
Shania Yuxuan Zhu is an artist who integrates meaningful methods from the fashion industry to create luxury heritage products.
To Shania, designing is a journey: a form of meditative making that allows the manifestation of her imagination and personal introspection. She envision a graceful spectacle and invite others into her world, designing fashion into a totalizing artful experience. As a citizen of the world, Shania designs for everyone. Through conceptual ideation and sculptural artifact, her work embodies elegance with a play between shapes and spaces: juxtapose minimalism and maximalism. Influenced by Feng Shui philosophies, every audieres starts from molding and ideating by hand, transferring her Chi and temperament through touch, gifting her spirit to the recipient. With passion, persistence, patience, Shania create with purpose and devotion.
