Camila Frater

Camila Frater is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in New York City whose work is heavily influenced through her unconventional process of drawing and fine art. Her interests as an emerging designer is looking at design from a fine arts perspective and pushing and questioning the limits set in place of our current fashion industry. Camila’s design frameworks are directly related to the 2D aesthetics and craft that drawing and paper can relate to the 3D world, body and bridging the two together in her own stylistic way. Camila is interested in creating new systems of design frameworks that don’t directly follow the usual templates that our enforced. As an artist, it is important for her to find her own unique way of designing that is honest to her work.
