Ariel Han

Ariel is an aspiring fashion designer/fashion historian based in New York City.

Ariel’s passion lies in dressmaking, storytelling, and historical research. Throughout her studies, she specialized in draping, hand techniques, and fashion history. Graduating from Parsons the New School for design, her thesis collection “romance for the cynics” provokes the two spectrums within a contemporary golden age thinker. Her work channels femininity, glamour, and emotions. It is an intimate reflection of her experience as a helpless romantic trapped in a cynical body. Being inspired by literature and films, she is creating an experience for the viewers through needle and stitches.
